Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept a range of payment methods, including:
- Cash
- cheque
- EFTPOS
- Mastercard/Visa
- American Express (AMEX).
Payment is generally made at the completion of your appointment unless other arrangements have been discussed with our team.
Health Funds & HICAPS
Our practice offers HICAPS facilities, allowing eligible patients to claim their health fund rebate on the spot at the end of their appointment.
This means you’ll generally only need to pay the remaining gap, depending on your level of cover.

Flexible Payment Plans
If you’re planning more extensive dental treatment, flexible payment options are available through the National Dental Plan, powered by Humm.
Eligible patients may be able to spread the cost of their treatment over a series of interest-free payments when paid on time, subject to approval, lending criteria, fees, and terms and conditions.
We’ll be happy to discuss whether this option may be suitable for your individual circumstances.
