About
Caring for the Oatley community since 1986
We believe every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. Whether you’re visiting us for a routine check-up, cosmetic treatment, or more complex dental care, our team is committed to making your experience as comfortable and informative as possible.
A practice built around people
As a family-focused practice, we value the relationships we build with our patients just as much as the dentistry we provide. We take the time to listen to your concerns, explain your treatment options in clear language, and answer your questions before recommending care that is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Our warm and welcoming environment reflects the way we care for our patients. We want every visit to feel relaxed, supportive, and focused on your long-term oral health.
The people behind your care
Across our practice, you’ll find clinicians with particular interests in preventive dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and early dentofacial development. Supported by our experienced administrative and clinical team, we work together to provide personalised care for children, adults, and families.
Dr. Andrew Ng
Dr Boulos has a special interest in orthodontics and dentofacial growth and development in children. She believes many orthodontic problems can be minimised through early assessment and timely intervention and enjoys helping families understand the role that craniofacial development, airway health and oral habits can play in a child’s long-term dental health and wellbeing.
Her approach to dentistry centres on prevention, education and early identification of potential concerns. She takes the time to explain treatment options so patients and families can make informed decisions about their care.
Dr Boulos provides a range of orthodontic, cosmetic and restorative treatments, including dental implants. Known for her gentle and caring manner, she enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment.
Outside the practice, Marian enjoys spending time with her family, making memories with her children and enjoying Sydney’s beautiful sunshine.
His passion for dentistry remains as strong as ever. Dr Ng continues to attend professional education and training to keep up with advances in dentistry and provide his patients with the best possible care. As he often says, “The day I stop learning is when I retire from living.”
Dr Ng is a strong believer in prevention and believes good dentistry must be supported by good preventive care. He takes the time to explain treatment and encourages patients to take an active role in looking after their dental health. As he likes to quip, “That is what you do if you want to avoid me.”
Outside the practice, Dr Ng is a keen cyclist and can often be spotted riding around Oatley Park in the early hours of the morning before enjoying coffee with his riding friends. These days, much of his spare time is also happily spent with his two gorgeous granddaughters.
Bassem enjoys getting to know his patients and creating an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and being involved in decisions about their care. He keeps up to date with developments in dental technology and techniques and is always looking for ways to improve the treatment experience for his patients.
He has a special interest in orthodontics and restorative dentistry, including dental implants, crowns and bridgework. Whatever the treatment, Bassem takes pride in doing his best work and achieving results that are both functional and long-lasting.
He is also a strong believer in prevention and the connection between good oral health and overall wellbeing. He enjoys working together with his patients to establish healthy habits and achieve the best possible long-term results.
Outside dentistry, Bassem loves travelling, snowboarding and enjoying a game of football.
Michelle has a particular focus on gum health, preventive care and helping patients establish good oral hygiene habits at home. She firmly believes that prevention is better than cure and enjoys helping patients understand the simple things they can do every day to protect their teeth and gums for the long term.
A natural people person, Michelle enjoys getting to know her patients and building relationships with them over time. Her friendly and relaxed manner helps patients feel comfortable in the chair, while her experience allows her to tailor care to each person’s individual needs.
Outside work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and her Labradoodle, catching up with friends over good food and wine, and spending time outdoors.
Judy believes patient education is an important part of good dental care and enjoys helping people better understand their oral health and how to look after it at home. She brings a gentle and relaxed approach to her appointments and wants patients to feel comfortable asking questions rather than feeling overwhelmed by their dental care.
Her many years of experience allow her to adapt her approach to the individual, whether she is caring for someone who attends regularly or helping a patient get their oral health back on track.
Outside work, Judy enjoys spending time and having fun with her two children and her much-loved fur baby.
As Front Office Coordinator, Teresa is often the first person patients meet and the reassuring voice they hear when they call. Her calm nature, professionalism and warm smile help patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Behind the scenes, her experience and organisational skills help keep the practice running smoothly and ensure patients are supported throughout their treatment journey.
After more than three decades at CFS, Teresa remains incredibly proud to be part of a close-knit team that shares the same commitment to looking after its patients.
“I am proud to work alongside a happy and supportive team that is dedicated to making your dental experience positive.”
Outside work, Teresa treasures time with her family and is happiest when surrounded by nature.
That experience inspired Monira to pursue a career in dentistry herself. With the encouragement of Dr Marian and the CFS team, she studied while working at the practice and became a qualified Dental Assistant.
Having once been an anxious patient herself, Monira understands how much the little things can matter. She enjoys helping patients feel relaxed and welcomed and brings a wonderful positive energy to the practice. Known for her warm smile, caring nature and willingness to help, she is a valued member of both the clinical team and the wider CFS family.
As someone who first experienced CFS from the other side of the dental chair, Monira is proud to now play a part in giving other patients the same sense of comfort and care that first drew her to the practice.
Her nursing experience led naturally to dental assisting, a role she finds both rewarding and purposeful. While she enjoys the technical side of dentistry, Sanju particularly values the relationships she builds with patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Sanju is known around the practice for her warm personality, positive attitude and infectious sense of humour. She is always willing to lend a hand and has a wonderful ability to put both patients and colleagues at ease.
Outside work, Sanju enjoys cooking, discovering new cafés and restaurants, and taking short trips with close friends and family. When she has some quiet time, you might also find her relaxing in a local park with a good book.
As a Dental Assistant at CFS Dental, Merna enjoys supporting the clinical team and getting to know the patients and families who visit the practice. She is known for her kindness, professionalism and attention to detail, and takes pride in helping appointments run smoothly while ensuring patients feel at ease.
Merna values the human side of dentistry just as much as the clinical side and enjoys building genuine connections with patients. Her calm manner and willingness to help have made her a valued member of the CFS team.
Outside work, Merna enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and relaxing at the beach.
A qualified Dental Assistant, Amanda has completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting and Certificate IV in Oral Health. Throughout her time at CFS, she has continued to develop her knowledge through professional development and training alongside the rest of the team.
Having grown up in Oatley, Amanda particularly enjoys caring for people from the community she has always called home. She has a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable and enjoys the relationships she has developed with both younger and older patients over the years.
Outside work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, son, family and friends. After so many years at CFS, she remains proud to be part of a team and practice that have become an important part of her life.
Continuing to grow with, modern dentistry.
Our clinicians regularly undertake professional development to stay up to date with modern techniques and treatment approaches. This ongoing commitment to learning supports the comprehensive care we provide for patients of all ages.
A comfortable,
welcoming environment
As you explore our clinic photography, you’ll see the modern treatment rooms and welcoming spaces that reflect our commitment to providing a positive experience for every patient.

We welcome patients of all ages, from young children attending their first dental visit through to adults and seniors. Many patients have continued their dental care with us over the many different stages of their lives.

Our practice has a particular focus on proactive early orthodontic care, helping parents understand whether early intervention may be appropriate for their child.

Having cared for the local community since 1986, we’re proud to continue supporting patients with personalised dental care delivered in a warm and welcoming environment.
